BLANTYRE-(MaraviPost)-The office of Ombudsman has instituted investigations on Feston Kaupa chief executive officer of Central Medical Stores Trust.
According to the statement which Maravi post has seen signed by Ombudsman Martha Chizuma, Kaupa is being investigated on accounts such as nepotism and irregular recruitment, victimisation and unfair dismissal.
Ombudsman Chizuma had therefore asked Kaupa to solicit his response to each of the allegations in avoidance of doubt.
The statement further asked Kaupa to forward his response and supporting documents to the Anti-corruption Bureau by 13th November, 2020.
Kaupa is yet to response on the call for the alleged nepotism.
He was once a Principal at Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources (LUANAR)’s Natural Resources College (NRC) where he messed up finances.
