LILONGWE-(MaraviPost)-Head Coach for Blue Eagles Youth, Ackim Kazombo, is aiming at playing in Central Region Football Association Division one or Premier Division next year.

Kazombo said after finishing on fourth position in the 2021 First Capital Bank Under 20 League in Lilongwe, they have that muscle to play in Chipiku Division one or even in Premier division saying this will help the main team which has been struggling in nurturing players.

He further said, he wants to contribute towards building Blue Eagles FC senior side to be a force to reckon with in TNM Super League. He says what has been happening to the Area 30 outfits is so pathetic and uncalled for.

Solomon Mchawi, Blue Eagles FC Vice General Secretary, firstly congratulated the Youth side for finishing fourth in FCB under 20 before he later hailed the dreams by their reserve side to join Chipiku and vowed to provide intended support.

Mchawi added that, “if the reserve side can be promoted to play in Division one or Premier division it will help a lot in developing the players for Blue Eagles FC Senior team at the same time.

“It will be used as a place where players who are under-performing at Senior team can be deployed to revamp and regain their form”.

He says, “Their dreams will be fulfilled by next year,as per our constitution Blue Eagles FC should always have Social team and Reserve side who are entitled to receive support,so let me assure them of 100% support”.

Blue Eagles Youth finished fourth in FCB Under 20 with 75 points and Chikondi Mvula scored 28 goals to emerge as young eagle’s top goal scorer of the season.
