Vice President Dr. Michael Usi has expressed disappointment over the lack of interest shown by some legislators in utilizing all the funds allocated through the Community Development Fund (CDF) program.
Dr. Usi made these remarks in an office meeting with Thyolo District Commissioner Hudson Kuphanga.
Kuphanga explained that some of the funds received by legislators in their constituencies are not being utilized effectively or are not being applied to developmental projects as intended.
