Father of the petrol-bombed family succumb to burns at KCH
The father of the family of 7 who were severely burnt following petrol-bombing of UTM offices Area 24 has died at Kamuzu Central Hospital (KCH) in lilongwe.
KCH spokesperson Chiyanjano Kazombo confirmed this in an interview.
Seleman Tambala whose family was torched by unknown thugs is the third person to die after the tragedy days following the death his wife and child were laid to rest after they succumb to the burns.
Tambala died yesterday midnight at Kamuzu Central Hospital and his body will be laid to rest today in Lilongwe.
According to UTM district governor for Lilongwe, Livan Phiri, one more member of the Tambala family is still in hospital at KCH nursing burns.
