LUSAKA-(MaraviPost)-In a shocking turn of events, the former deputy Inspector General of Police in Zambia, Charity Katanga, has been sentenced to three years in prison for having 10 Higer buses valued at US$2 million.
The Lusaka Chief Resident Magistrate Court handed down the sentence after finding Katanga guilty of acquiring the buses, which were deemed to be proceeds of crime.
