When all is said and done, yes the High Court in its ever relentless support for our democracy has issued the injunction against Joyce Banda’s stupid decree. But there are other two losers in this. MCP AND UDF
The leadership of these two parties failed to take a stand in defense of our constitution. They chose to keep quite when a sitting President whom they went against in democratic election blatantly chose to rape the Constitution.
If the elections put them in the opposition for the next Five years how will they provide the needed checks and balances without being reminded of their silence on May 24, 2014? I beg to move.
