Mbakuwaku, PAC reason with Malawians to remain calm ahead of Presidential Election case verdict

Mbakuwaku movement for development (MMD) and religious body Public Affairs Committee (PAC) on Friday called upon Malawians to observe peace as the nation awaits for the Constitutional Court ruling on Elections Case.

Both MMD president Peter Kuwani and PAC Chairpeson Patrick Tawali told the news conference in Blantyre and Lilongwe respectively that Malawians should look beyond the impending court ruling scheduled for Monday next week on February 3, 2020.

Kuwani citing that the country is not progressing in terms of development with the flop of much touted vision 2020 as a good example.

He further urged that the country is not progressing as it has been ruled by the same political block since Independent, who just change political party regalia.

Tawakali However urges Malawi Police Service to arrest anyone’s starting violence and that we need genuine peace
