BLANTYRE-(MaraviPost)-Malawi Revenue Authority (MRA) on Tuesday sealed the offices of United Transformation Movement (UTM) national chairperson Noel Masangwi at his business complex opposite Njamba Freedom Park over non-payment of tax income.
