Prophet Patson Gondwe feeds thousands vulnerable Balaka communities

LILONGWE-(MaraviPost)-Malawi’s Prophet Patson Gondwe’s Good News Ministries on Thursday, April 7, 2022 reached out over 304 households with food items amid looming hunger due to floods.

The ministry donated maize floor and assorted items including soap, soya pieces, salt and cooking oil for relief.

The church targeted household with the elderly, persons with disabilities and the needy drawn from Traditional Authorities (T.As) Nsamala, Sawali, Matopa and Mbela in Balaka District.

Prophet Gondwe says the donation meant ease food shortages among households particularly the vulnerable.

The Man of God therefore encouraged believers to help the needy with the little available.

“This is part of the church farming proceeds designed to share with the needy. This should teach us all the spirit of giving the little we have to others.

“The Holy Spirit will always guide us to who the church must reach in times of need. Let every believer have a hand to any needy, ” urges Prophet Gondwe.

The man of Man also cherished a number hard to reach households with message of hope while offering with food items and cash.

One of the beneficiaries, a 92 year old Robin Mzunga of Group Village Head (GVH) Saiwa in TA Msamala lauded Prophet Gondwe and the church for the timely support.

The Balaka charity initiative is pegged at MK4 million.

This is the second Prophet Gondwe’s ministries outreach program after carried similar exercise in Salima in March this year.

The maize flour is part of the proceeds from 70 hectares of land which the church cultivated to feed the elderly and the needy worthy MK50 million.

Prophet Gondwe started giving in 2014 after his return from SCOAN and he does it every year most of charity works that are not publicized.

LILONGWE-(MaraviPost)-The country’s celebrated and humble man of God, Prophet Patson Gondwe on Sunday, February 7, 2021 used online service to offer hope to Malawians that their prayers have been heard and be faith in God all the time.

The man of God cited numerous challenges facing the nation including Covid-19 scare.

Prophet Gondwe, Good News Ministries leader assured believers that God is still in control despite affliction children of God are encountering.

He therefore urged Malawians to remain in prayers as a true demonstration faithful to God.

He cited a notable man of God in the bible; Zachariah (Luke Chapter 1 verses 13) whom God told him of not be afraid that his prayers for years to have a child were heard.

During the service, the man of God shared freely new holly stickers aimed to remind believers of their faith in God, dubbed, “Fear Not Your Prayer has been heard”.

“We are living in difficulty times coupled with fear, desperation due to Covid-19. But the Lord is hearing our prayers that soon the storm will be over.

“The holly stickers are meant to remind us our faith in God that whatever we ask him in Jesus name be given”, assures Prophet Gondwe.

LILONGWE-(MaraviPost)-Malawi’s celebrated and most humble man of God, Prophet Patson Gondwe who is also Good News Ministries’ the leader on Sunday, January 24, 2021 called upon believers to pray intensively against the mighty earthquake that will shake the world.

Prophet Gondwe made the prophecy during the live stream services after a three-week vacation in Zimbabwe.

The man of God however did not specify where exactly the earthquake will shake without singling out Malawi.

The earthquake prophecy comes amid Covid-19 spike which has claimed able lives across the global.

“In my spiritual realm, I saw the mighty shake of the earth. So, Let us pray against a mighty shake of the earth (earthquake in nature). It will bring down houses, buildings.

“Let us pray against this so that many and property can be spared. May the Lord hear our cry and have mercy,” pleads Prophet P Gondwe.

Currently, Malawi government has set new Covid-19 measures of less than 50 people in worship places.

LILONGWE-(MaraviPost)-One of the country’s celebrated and humble men of God, Prophet Patson Gondwe who is also Good News Ministries’ leader on Sunday, January 24, 2021 used live stream services in urging President Lazarus Chakwera’s Tonse administration to engage more private health facilities in fight against Covid-19 spike.

Prophet Gondwe observes that if more private hospitals are engaged the nation will be able to contain the virus.

The man of God therefore encouraged Malawians to share messages of hope on various social media on Covid-19 unlike the current trend of deaths threats reporting.

“Obviously the infection rates will continue to grow in the few coming weeks and months but we will experience a lot of healing as well. People are dying more of fear which is triggering other illnesses like diabetes & High blood pressure.

“When the virus attacks, do not be afraid. The fear is more destructive than the virus. Is survives on fear. We must fight fear by positive communication and reporting. Lets focus more on the recoveries and share the testimonies,” he urges.

Prophet Gondwe urges, “Please, my government engage the private health services sector more vigilantly. Private health institutions must be engaged to take up testing and management of the pandemic as cases will continue to rise and the public facilities will be overwhelmed

“May the government through the ministry of Health engage the private health facilities to integrate the pandemic response in their service delivery.
Let them join in the testing and management of patients”.

There are a few private health facilities advancing on Covid-19 fight which is putting much pressure on public hospitals.
