Three people in US have been arrested for selling a child at $2000

Three people are in the Warren County Regional Jail on a charge of selling/purchasing a child for adoption.

Bowling Green police is keeping in custody 31-year-old mother, Maria Domingo-Perez together with two of her accomplices for selling her child at $2, 000.

The police made the arrest after being informed about the incident from Parker Bennett Curry Elementary. After investigating the story, Maria Domingo-Perez admitted to have exchanged her child with two strangers identified as Pascual Manuel, 45, and Catarina Felipe Jose, 37 with money.

When confronted about the story, Manuel and Jose assented to have exchanged the infant with Domingo-Perez with $2,000.

Meanwhile, police has put the baby and Domingo-Perez’s four other children in protective custody by social services.
