Our core areas of business include Mining Exploration, Water Engineering, Marine Engineering, Roads and Civil Works. As we continue to expand our operations, we are inviting suitably qualified, experienced, and highly motivated professionals to join our team in the following positions:
ROADS ENGINEER
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, supervise, and manage road construction and rehabilitation projects
• Prepare BOQs, work schedules, and project reports.
•Ensure quality control and compliance with engineering standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in road construction projects
Registered with the Malawi Board of Engineers (added advantage) Strong project management and leadership skill
WATER ENGINEER
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and supervise water supply systems including boreholes and solar-powered pumping systems.
• Conduct site assessments and water resource evaluations.
• Prepare technical reports and project documentation
• Ensure compliance with water
engineering standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Water Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in borehole drilling, pump installation, and water systems.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage office administration and documentation.
• Coordinate procurement and logistics. • Support project reporting and communication.
•Maintain company records and compliance documents.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field. At least 2 years’ relevant experience. Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
MINING ENGINEER
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and supervise mining exploration and related activities.
• Conduct geological assessments and feasibility studies.
• Ensure compliance with mining regulations and safety standards. • Prepare technical and operational reports.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
• Experience in mining exploration and field operations.
• Knowledge of Malawian mining regulations.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skill

ROADS & CIVIL WORKS FOREMAN
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise site operations and workforce
•Ensure works are executed according to drawings and specifications.
• Monitor quality, safety, and productivity on site.
• Report daily site progress to management
Qualifications & Requirements:
⚫ Diploma or Certificate in Civil
Engineering or related field
At least 5 years’ hands-on experience in roads and civil works
• Strong supervisory and organizational skills
