Why ConCourt Judges reveal corruption attempt; Malawi election case

By Nenenji Mlangeni

LILONGWE-(MaraviPost)-As reported on Times TV that Malawi Chief Justice Andrew Nyirenda has logged a complaint to Anti- Corruption Bureau (ACB) forwarded to him by the Constitutional Court (ConCourt) judges that President Peter Mutharika’s Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) has tried to bribe them not once.

This follows a letter by the Forum for Justice to the Chief Justice on allegations that UTM president met with the judiciary staff at his house in Lilongwe, the Chief Justice has reported the matter to the ACB as DPP uses that as a syndicate to bribe judges.

Reliable source told this publication that, on 2nd January, 2020, some junior court staff were called to the house of Saulos Chilima the meeting that DPP takes advantage of to buy judges to make sure that a verdict is made in their favour.

We can exclusively reveal that this did not go well with one of the people who were approached by DPP and who has total trust in the independence, professionalism and integrity of the judges who can not be bought, hence spilling the beans.

These judges have done this things for very good reasons.

  • To tell us who the winners are before the judgement comes. No winer attempts to bribe a judge this is the work of a sole loser.

  • To squeeze cadets balls so that when judgement comes they don’t cause unnecessary noise, it’s about telling cadets that their end has eminently arrived.

  • To befriend with all sane Malawians, judges are voters too and this is the right time to express their anger for what DPP do to their votes.

  • To prove to Mutharika that now they’re in control of the country and that Mutharika has no money to buy their souls. The money Mutharika brag about is for Malawians.

  • To save Malawi from the burning hell, these judges have been enveloped in the holy spirit and are here judging the wicked one on the throne. They’re proving that this is a divine war where the old serpent doesn’t win. They’ve seen the future of Malawi should they allow bribes.

  • To have eternal and internal peace. No matter how much money one gets through corruption it never births peace, these judges have love for real peace over wealth.

  • To prepare for their higher positions in the government to come. As Jesus said, “those who do as I say will be with me where I’m going”. These judges have chosen to work with a heavenly chosen regime to come and undoubtedly these judges have plans of reforming and building Malawi

  • To make history as clean and real judges of the land since time in memory. Its about legacy, telling the world that justice is available when people need it the most. Its about nyota/medals as every great man craves so much to be recognised.

  • Malawians, these are just few reasons why these judges have exposed the devil but God has more reasons than I can give.

My question though, in this case, has this affected the integrity of the judges and the court case
