BLANTYRE-(MaraviPost)-Information coming in is that President Lazarus Chakwera was fully aware of the Mk 93 billion loan authorization bill which was smuggled to parliament by CHIMWENDO Banda.
CHIMWENDO Banda who is leader of the house took the bill to a Mr. Ali who was working at the Ministry of Finance as a director responsible for debts .
Chimwendo with the full Blessings of Chakwera was also working with Deepac who gave them assurance that he knows a bank, Baroda which would fund the project and they agreed on how each one of them would benefit.
When Mr. Ali saw the documents he denied to take part in the evil scheme.
This angered Chimwendo who went to report to Chakwera that a Mr. Ali was a cadet at the Ministry of Finance and that he was blocking their plans .
Mr. Ali got transferred immediately and this is when CHIMWENDO turned in to Nations Msowoya as their errand boy .
