LILONGWE-(MaraviPost)-President Lazarus Chakwera on Friday, September 5, 2025 presided over the 10th Congregation of Nkhoma University at Nkhoma Mission Ground in Lilongwe District.
Chakwera’s presence highlights the importance of education in the country.
With 141 graduates being recognized in various faculties, this congregation not only celebrates their hard work and achievements but also emphasizes the role of higher education in Malawi’s development.
The Malawi leader was welcomed by Secretary to President and Cabinet, Colleen Zamba and Minister of Higher Education, Jessie Kabwila, Chancellor of Nkhoma University, Reverend Edward Masona Kaluluma Tembo and Nkhoma Synod General Secretary Reverend Vasco Kachipapa, among others.
