LILONGWE-(MaraviPost)- Vilipanganga Poetry Movement has said that it will resume its poetry sessions on Wednesday, June 16, 2020 at Kwa Haraba Art Gallery and Café in Blantyre.
The Blantyre-based poetry movement stopped its sessions because of a ban on gatherings due to Covid-19 pandemic.
The grouping hosts poetry sessions every Wednesday night and since its inception in 2016, it has given a platform to several poets.
Vilipanganga Poetry Movement Chairperson Yankho Seunda confirmed in an interview that the grouping is resuming the sessions.
“We are back next week Wednesday without fail. We went on a break due to Covid-19 pandemic. We will follow the necessary precautionary measures,” Seunda said.
