LILONGWE-(MaraviPost)-Frontline Media will be turning the media world on its head with the launch of its PR, Marketing and News services on the market.
With the coming of “Frontline Media Advertorial”, the company’s PR and marketing vehicle, and “AfricaBrief”, its news platform, those in the industry won’t know what hit them.
The company’s Founder, Former Zodiak Broadcasting Station Online Editor, Winston Mwale, says Frontline Media Advertorial (https://frontlinemediaadvertorial.substack.com/) will be an exciting addition to the PR and marketing industry.
This is the first of its kind which will offer both local and international businesses an opportunity to have their stories told in form of advertorials.
“An advertorial is a careful combination of advertisement and editorial. It’s basically a news or human-interest story that sells your product or service not just a series of bullet points or a list of products and prices,” Mwale says.
“You see, in this new social, digital age, it is VERY important not to just market AT people – You need to engage WITH them and grab their interest if you are to have any chance of getting your point and information across.”
Mwale says, through its news platform, AfricaBrief(https://africabrief.substack.com/), Frontline Media will provide readers with a one-stop-shop for stories about Africa.
“Apart from serving as one-stop-shop for stories about the African continent, AfricaBrief will also be accommodating both established and upcoming writers as a platform to showcase their work,” Winston says.
Between 2000 and 2009, Winston worked as a teacher, and then from 2009 to 2019 he worked as a professional full-time journalist with Zodiak Broadcasting Station, culminating into the position of Online Editor by the time he was leaving.
Mwale is currently teaching journalism at a local university in Malawi.
