LILONGWE-(MaraviPost)-President Arthur Peter Mutharika will on Sunday, March 1, 2026 leave the country for South Africa on a private trip.
Chief Secretary to the office of the President and Cabinet, Justin Saidi said Mutharika will leave the country through Kamuzu international airport.
This the second private trip the Malawi leader has made since returning to the seat in September 2025.
Mutharika has not made any official trip outside the country upon returning to the seat.
