BLANTYRE-(MaraviPost)-The former Reserve Bank of Malawi (RBM) Governor Dr. Dalitso Kabambe has joined the UTM party barely a week after dumping the opposition Democratic Progressive Party (DPP).

UTM Secretary General (SG) Patricia Kaliati welcomed Dr. Kabambe at a political rally on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, in Thyolo district.

According to inside UTM party sources, Dr. Kabambe is poised to lead the party in next year’s general elections.
