RHOC’s Gina Kirschenheiter’s BF Travis Denies Chasing Ex-Wife in a Car

Gina Kirschenheiters boyfriend, Travis Mullen, is firing back at accusations he tampered with his ex-wife Meghan Mullen’s private email account and chased her down the road in The Real Housewives of Orange County star’s car, Us Weekly can exclusively report.

Us obtained a court declaration submitted by Travis on October 30 as he attempts to gain sole custody of their three kids. Travis addressed the claims made by Meghan in a recent filing, including his ex’s allegationsTravis asked to meet at a “dark, secluded industrial complex instead of our normal location” for a custody exchange.

She wrote, “While trying to leave with … Travis began chasing us in Gina’s SUV, cutting me off, and slamming on the brakes in front of our car. [One of the kids] flew forward inside the vehicle and was terrified,” she alleged.

Meghan claimed the kid who was with her had not wanted to see Travis since.

In response, Travis wrote, “[Meghan] references [in her filing] an exchange that occurred in February 2024, where she alleges that I chased her and [one of the kids] and that since that time [the kid] has refused to go to school or see me.”

He denied his ex’s claims about being in a “dark, secluded industrial complex.”’ He wrote; “It was a restaurant parking lot next door to a police sub-station. Second, I never attempted to run her vehicle off the road.”

“I would never do anything like that,” he continued. “I ultimately had [our kid] that evening and [they] did not appear upset, frightened or anxious. When [our kid] is in my care, [they] and I have a very good relationship. [They] willingly attend school and [have] never indicated that [they are] afraid of me or my girlfriend, Gina.”

In court documents, Meghan also claimed Travis improperly accessed her private accounts.

“In addition to litigation abuse, he has also accessed and tampered with my private accounts—including my Apple ID, Talking Parents, and email — by exploiting his knowledge of my personal information, including my Social Security number, date of birth, and answers to security questions,” she explained. “On multiple occasions, I have been locked out of critical platforms used for parenting coordination.”

Regarding the claims that he messed with Meghan’s private accounts, Travis said, “I have never attempted to tamper with [Meghan’s] private accounts. I have no idea why she would accuse me of that.”

As Us first reported, Travis filed court docs on October 29 demanding sole custody of their children, Joseph, born in 2016, Bennett, born in 2014, and Presley, born in 2011. Travis and Meghan got married in 2010 and broke up in 2016. In 2021, the exes agreed to share joint custody. Travis now wants that agreement modified.

In his filing, Travis claimed he had not seen one of his kids since September 29. (Meghan claims the kid has made this decision, not her.)

Meghan strongly opposed Travis’ request for primary custody. Meghan alleged, “Travis continues to misuse the court process to get his way. …His filings appear intended to punish and control me, not to protect the children. Travis is using the family court system as a tool of coercive control and retaliation.”

As Us first reported, on October 30, the judge temporarily suspended Travis’ custody time with the child, who Meghan claimed did not want to go over to Travis’ home. A hearing has been scheduled for next month where the parties will make arguments before a judge.

Kirschenheiter spoke to Us about Travis’ custody battle on November 14 at BravoCon. She said, “We’re still dealing with some of those issues at home,” she said. “I just think that we’re dealing with it so much better, and I’m so thankful for that.”

Kelly Clarkson Helps Fans Get Engaged in 1st Concert Since Ex’s Death

Kelly Clarkson’s return to the Las Vegas stage was certainly a memorable night.

The Kelly Clarkson Show host, 43, commemorated her return to her Studio Sessions residency at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace on Friday, November 7, by helping two separate couples celebrate relationship milestones. Viral footage revealed Clarkson’s reaction when one fan popped the question to his boyfriend in the front row.

“Say, ‘yes,’ bitch,” Clarkson playfully demanded.

Once the couple were officially engaged, it was time for them to seal the deal with a kiss in front of an entire arena full of witnesses.

“That is so sweet,” Clarkson beamed as the newly-engaged couple embraced.

As the crowd cheered, the couple, who were visiting from London, assured Clarkson that she’d definitely bagged a wedding invite. Clarkson then slyly warned the duo to “ignore [her next] song” and focus on their engagement.

“Just stay in this moment, hang out there, you know what I’m saying? Maybe go to the bathroom,” she joked. “I don’t wanna poo on your parade.”

The surprises continued later in the show when Clarkson helped another couple celebrate their 10th wedding anniversary, according to a TikTok video.

“You made it a decade? F*** yeah, look at that,” she quipped.

Clarkson even agreed to oversee an unofficial commitment ceremony for the couple, teasing; “If Blake Shelton can do this, any f***ing person can do this, they’ll let anyone do it.”

(Shelton has officiated multiple weddings, including Clarkson’s former father-in-law Narvel Blackstock tying the knot with his wife, Laura Stroud, in 2024.)

“Do you both promise to keep dancing through life together — this is amazing! — offbeat or not, for at least another 10 years?” she asked, before revising her prediction: “F*** that — [how about] 50, 60? Aim high!”

Friday night’s Kelly Clarkson: Studio Sessions concert marked her first appearance in Las Vegas since she initially postponed the residency in August. At the time, she explained that her ex-husband Brandon Blackstock was experiencing health issues.

“Unfortunately, I need to postpone the remainder of the August Studio Session dates in Las Vegas,” Clarkson announced on August 6. “While I normally keep my personal life private, this past year, my children’s father has been ill and at this moment, I need to be fully present for them.”

The following day, a family spokesperson confirmed to Us Weekly that Blackstock had died at age 48 following a three-year battle with cancer. (Clarkson and Blackstock were married from 2013 to 2022 and shared two children: River Rose, 11, and Remy, 9. Blackstock was also a father to Savannah, 23, and Seth, 18, whom he shared with his first wife, Melissa Ashworth.)

Kelly Clarkson Makes ‘Emotional’ Return to Her Talk Show After Ex’s Death

“It is with great sadness that we share the news that Brandon Blackstock has passed away. Brandon bravely battled cancer for more than three years. He passed away peacefully and was surrounded by family,” a rep for the family told Us. “We thank you for your thoughts and prayers and ask everyone to respect the family’s privacy during this very difficult time.”

The three-time Grammy Award winner has yet to comment publicly about Blackstock’s death, though a source told Us in August that her main focus was on her children.

“It has been draining, exhausting, emotional [and] devastating,” the insider noted. “A big part of it was making her schedule available for transporting the children to visit Brandon, and all of the emotions that came with this difficult time.”

Clarkson paused all work as she helped her two children grieve their father’s death. Eventually, the American Idol winner returned to her Kelly Clarkson Show set in New York City for the season 7 premiere on September 29 — and ultimately confirmed on Monday, November 3, that she was resuming her Las Vegas residency, as well.

#Malawi’s Covid-19 Update, September 29, 2021: 24 new cases, 2 deaths

LILONGWE-(MaraviPost)-In the past 24 hours, Malawi has registered 24 new COVID-19 cases, 260 new recoveries and two new deaths. Of the new cases, 23 are locally transmitted: seven from Blantyre, six from Lilongwe, four from Mzimba North, three from Mangochi, two from Dedza, and one from Mchinji Districts while one case is imported and is from Ntcheu District.

Two new deaths were registered in the past 24 hours: one each from Lilongwe and Phalombe Districts. One new death was not vaccinated and the other one was community death so vaccination status is not yet established. To the families that have lost their loved ones during this pandemic, may you find peace, hope and love during this difficult time. May the souls of the departed rest in peace.

Cumulatively, Malawi has recorded 61,552 cases including 2,281 deaths (Case Fatality Rate is at 3.71%). Of these cases, 2,637 are imported infections and 58,916 are locally transmitted.

Cumulatively, 54,983 cases have now recovered (recovery rate of 89.3%) and 232 were lost to follow-up. This brings the total number of active cases to 4,056.

In the past 24 hours, there were no new admissions in the treatment units while six cases were discharged. Currently, a total of 30 active cases are currently hospitalised (of these, one case is in critical condition and is not vaccinated): 11 in Lilongwe, seven in Blantyre, two each in Mzimba North, Zomba, Dowa, and Karonga, and one each in Mchinji, Balaka, Chiradzulu, and Mwanza Districts.

On testing, in the past 24 hours, 526 COVID-19 tests were conducted. Of these, 280 tests were through SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Rapid Diagnostic test while the rest were through RT-PCR.

The positive cases out of the total number tested (past 24 hours) translates to a positivity rate of 4.6% a weekly positivity rate (seven days moving average) is at 2.8%.

Cumulatively, 408,591 tests have been conducted in the country so far. On COVID-19 vaccination, a total of
1,046,052 vaccine doses has been administered in the country so far.

Cumulatively 551,042 and 252,327 people have received the first dose and second dose of AstraZeneca vaccine
respectively while 242,683 people have received Johnson and Johnson vaccine.

Over the past 24 hours, 5,210 and 1,390 people have received first dose and second of AstraZeneca vaccine
respectively while 861 people have received Johnson and Johnson vaccine. Cumulatively,495,010 people are fully vaccinated.

The COVID-19 vaccination program is progressing well and let me appreciate all those that have made a good decision to get vaccinated.

Our data shows that over 1 million vaccine doses have been administered in the country with close to half million people being fully vaccinated.

For the vaccine to work as expected it is important that we receive the vaccines as recommended i.e. for AstraZeneca vaccine, for full protection, a person is expected to receive two doses given at 12 weeks’ interval while for Johnson and Johnson (Janssen) vaccine, a single dose will ensure full protection.

My special appeal goes to those that had received the first dose of AstraZeneca and 12 weeks have elapsed, that they should get their second dose of the AstraZeneca at the nearest vaccination site. This will ensure that they are fully protected against COVID-19 thereby reducing the risk of developing severe disease, hospitalization and
deaths when they contract COVID-19 infection.

As we continue to observe a downward trend in the number of COVID-19 new cases, admissions in the treatment units and deaths due to COVID-19 we should remember that we still have community transmission of the disease hence the need to continue strictly adhering to the preventive and containment measures. This is no time to relax as we are at a stage that we need to sustain the downward trend being observed and the only way that this can be
achieved is by strictly adhering to the COVID-19 preventive and containment measures as well
as getting vaccinated for those that are aged 18 years and above.

We need to supress further the human to human transmission of the disease and this will help our country to prevent the resurgence of the disease.

The time to act is now as COVID-19 has greatly affected all aspects of our lives and the only way to return to normal is to act in unity, adhere to the measures, get screened for COVID-19 if you have symptoms, seek care early if you are COVID-19 confirmed positive and you are experiencing severe symptoms such as shortness of breath, loss
of speech, chest pain and loss of movement.

For COVID-19 Vaccination certificate queries please call toll free 929 or email eoc.health@mail.gov.mw or send WhatsApp message to +265887371288. No one is safe until everyone else is safe.

Get Fully Vaccinated! Wear Face Mask! Protect yourself. Protect your loved ones. Protect everyone.
