LILONGWE-(MaraviPost)-Central Region Beach Soccer Committee has announced that 2021 CR FAM league will come to completion today, Saturday May 7,2022 at Livingstonia Beach in Salima.
Frank Chisambula, General Secretary of the committee, said preparations for the big day are going on very well and that they are ready to go.
He added, “This will be special one in terms of Beach Soccer in the Central region as many started doubting if this league would come to its completion hence urged people to come in large numbers at Livingstonia Beach to patronise the finals and prize presentation to the best teams”.
Football Association of Malawi President (FAM) Walter Nyamilandu will be the guest of honor at the function and it is expected to start with the parade from Para turn off to the main venue Livingstonia Hotel.
The parade will start from 0800 hours in the morning.
Blue Eagles Versus Sen’s Academy and Munali FC who are currently leading the 7 teams log table with 26 points from 11 games will play against Tourism in the final fixtures.
Aliki Bakali and Thomas Kashoni of Munali FC will compete for golden boot award, currently they have 24 and 22 goals respectively.
