Heavy rains and floods are hampering humanitarian aid deliveries in Sudan, Chad and South Sudan, the UN has warned. It comes as more than half of war-torn Sudan’s residents are facing crisis levels of hunger. The organisation is calling for expanded access in order to prevent famine from spreading.
