LAGOS-(MaraviPost)-We know, we know: Older guys dating younger women is
the oldest and most cliché—story in the book.
And while we don’t need to go into all the reasons why men of a certain age feel
the need to have a woman young enough to be their daughter on their arms.
It’s still kind of a mystery why so many females take up with old dudes.
As long as men and women have existed, men have desired women younger than themselves.
All of biology and society is agreeing with this direction, whether it’s the fact that
men remain sexually potent far longer than women do or the funny idea that men
look “better” as years go by while older women look, well, “old.” Hey, we
didn’t write the rules, we’re just telling you how it is.
Given the statistics, why do young women like me find ourselves chasing after men old enough to be our fathers?
A popular theory suggests gold-digging is in effect, since older men apparently
have greater financial security.
Personally, I’m solidly behind these young women who get older men and stay hooked to them. In fact, I think all ladies should follow suit. WHY? I’ll tell you in a bit.
