City of Blantyre restores Muslim Billboard with unacceptable alterations

Reports reaching the Maravi Post in Blantyre indicate that the billboard erected by the Islamic Information Bureau (IIB) has been restored with a slightly altered message in Blantyre.

Muslims in the country condemned the Blantyre City Council (BCC) for removing the billboard.

Already some in the Muslim community are said to be faulting the changes made on the restored Islamic Information Bureau billboard in Blantyre.

The Muslims say the old billboard had no offensive message and it must be brought back not the new one.
