Creck Sporting Club denies ultimatum to coach Kamwendo

BLANTYRE-(MaraviPost )-Creck Sporting Club has dismissed reports that its head coach Joseph Kamwendo has been given a three-game ultimatum to retain his position or face dismissal.

The team has struggled in the 2025 season, failing to secure a win in four matches.

In an interview with journalists on Thursday,the team’s General Secretary(GS ) Aron Ntaya acknowledged the tough period the club is passing through but expressed confidence in their ability to recover.

“We know the team is going through a rough patch, but we believe we will bounce back and start winning games,” said Ntaya.

He clarified that the club has not issued any ultimatum to Kamwendo, emphasizing their support for the coach.

“The club has not issued any ultimatum to Kamwendo.We fully support him and trust that results will come soon,” he said .

The team’s next match is against Mighty Tigers in the TNM Super League.

The club is looking to turn their season around after a difficult start.
