The DPP acknowledged Ganda’s sincere regret and commended her for taking responsibility for her actions.
The statement emphasized that Ganda’s appointment as a special presidential advisor was made after thorough deliberation, taking into account the party’s broader interests. Despite the public criticism of her remarks, the DPP has remained firm in its decision to retain her in this crucial role.
