After Dr. Lazarus Chakwera of MCP and Saulos Chilima of UTM have paraded all their witnesses, this is what court proceedings have shown so far:
- No Ti-ppexing was used to disadvantage any candidate. It was only for correction of mathematical errors
- There was no electoral fraud as claimed by the petitioners.
- There were no fake tally sheets. There were only duplicate sheets.
- None of the over 20, 000 monitors for MCP and UTM raised any complaint against any result
- No presiding officer challenged any result
- All Presidential votes were correctly counted and approved by monitors for transmission\
- Voting, Counting, Verification and authorization was manually done.
- No data is missing or was deleted in MEC server.
- It was not possible to hack the MEC system.
- MEC conducted the Elections professionally.
- No two kits of the same identity were transmitting data from two different constituency tally centres to the National Tally Centre at the same time.\
- All election stakeholders, including all political parties, were involved and represented from voter registration, the printing of ballot papers, voting, counting, verification, approval at the national tally centre and announcing the results.

At all cost Malawi will have a rerun for the first time, we thank the coming in of courageous people like Chilima,it is because he us stubborn and that he do not want to be seen like a looser, other wise it would have been like all these past years after rigged elections. Those other guys wouldn’t have taken this bold step against the so called winner.
