Malawi Election case: court limits time for cross-examination

LILONGWE-(MaraviPost)-The Constitutional court on Monday morning limited time in which, lawyers shall spend in cross examining, witnesses for second petitioner, ranging from one hour for re cross examinations and two hours for cross examinations, per witness .

President judge, Healy Potani has pronounced the ruling just now. Potani said that by the end of this week, all witnesses must be finished being cross examined.

Potani also said, the limitation time on the cross examinations shall be subjected to review.
