BLANTYRE-(MaraviPost)-Reports reaching The Maravi Post indicate that former Malawi Chief Secretary Lloyd Muhara authorised the sale of land to Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) regional Governor for the South Charles Mchacha.

The development clears former Minister of lands Symon Vuwa Kaunda who is said to have authorised the sale.

Our findings indicate that Office of President and Cabinet (OPC) approved the allocation of land to Charles Mchacha on June 17, 2019 and Muhara signed the approval document.

The Ministry of Natural Resources, Forestry and Energy gave a no objection to the application under Principal Secretary (PS) Bright Kumwembe and at that time Kaunda was not a minister.

Our further investigations have revealed that the land at Kanjedza where Mchacha is , Government has has allocated 600 plots to other developers including Pact Private School.

Muhara is back to judiciary after fired from the post for his direct involvement to DPP activities.
