Malawi President’s Message on the Passing of Mrs Mamaria Ruth Tembo

My heartfelt condolences to the Tembo family on the sudden demise of Ruth Tembo, beloved wife to Hon. John Z.U. Tembo former leader of Malawi Congress Party and Leader of opposition in Parliament.

In such times as this time when the dark cloud has engulfed the Tembo family, MCP family and indeed the Malawi nation, Gertrude and I pray for God’s comfort to Hon. JZU Tembo, the children and the entire Tembo family.

May the beautiful soul of Ruth Tembo rest in God’s eternal peace.
