VATICAN-(MaraviPost)-The head of Catholic Church Pope Francis is said to have fell and bruised his right arm, but no bones were broken, Vatican confirms
According to a statement issued by the Holy See press office, the 88-year-old pontiff “suffered a contusion to his right forearm, without fracture” as a result of a fall Thursday morning, January 17, 2025 in the pope’s residence, Casa Santa Marta.
According to the statement, his arm was “immobilized as a precautionary measure.”
The incident comes barely a few months after Pope Francis faced similar ordeal.
