Wiseman Daniel’s Prophecy and the Death of Former President Muhammadu Buhari: A Divine Revelation?

Sources: Wiseman Daniel Fan Blog

When a servant of God speaks, the wise listen. These were the words echoing from the lips of Wiseman Daniel—one of the known prophetic voices in Nigeria. Years before it happened, he gave a mysterious prophecy that many people now believe was referring to the recent passing of Nigeria’s former President, Muhammadu Buhari.

In one of his prophetic messages, Wiseman Daniel spoke in parables, using the image of a farmland with big trees. He said some trees were still receiving nutrients (strength and support), but others had stopped receiving nutrients and were going to fall.

Among the trees, he pointed out one that had the letters “A”, “P”, and “C” boldly written on it—clearly referencing the All Progressives Congress (APC), Buhari’s political party.

He said:

“This big tree is already shaking from the roots. Is it about to fall or what? I’m not saying it’s about to fall… I’m asking, is it about to fall or what? Let us pray that it does not fall before the year 2023.”

WHAT IS WISEMAN DANIEL'S BUSINESS WITH PRESIDENT BUHARI?

This prophetic statement left many wondering at the time. But now, after the death of President Buhari, many are connecting the dots.

On a sad and historic day, the nation woke up to the news of former President Muhammadu Buhari’s death in a London hospital. He had been battling a long-term illness. President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, his successor, announced the news and ordered Nigerian flags to fly at half-mast in his honor. Vice President Kashim Shettima was sent to London to accompany the former president’s body back home.

President Buhari was born on December 17, 1942, in Daura, Katsina State. He joined the Nigerian Army in 1962, fought in the civil war, and rose through the ranks. He became military Head of State in 1983 after leading a coup but was later removed in 1985.

After years in and out of politics, Buhari was finally elected as a civilian president in 2015 under the APC—becoming the first opposition candidate to defeat an incumbent president in Nigeria’s history. He was re-elected in 2019.

His leadership was known for its tough stance on corruption, although critics often called him too rigid and accused him of favoring some groups over others. He also battled insecurity, including the threat of Boko Haram.

While many praised him for his personal honesty and military discipline, others criticized him for not doing enough to solve problems like unemployment, poor healthcare, and rising violence in the country.

Buhari survived a coup, multiple election defeats, health challenges, and even an assassination attempt. Despite these obstacles, he remained one of Nigeria’s most talked-about leaders.

But as time passed, his health declined, leading to many medical trips abroad. Rumors about his health and even his death filled the media, but official sources often stayed silent, adding to the confusion.

Now that he has finally passed, some Nigerians are looking back at Wiseman Daniel’s prophecy and saying: “Was this the big tree he warned about?”

Wiseman Daniel did not mention Buhari’s name directly. But his reference to a tree marked “A”, “P”, and “C” shaking from the roots, and his prayer that it should not fall before 2023, now seems to align with the reality that Buhari passed away shortly after leaving office.

According to Deuteronomy 18:22:

“When a prophet speaks in the name of the Lord, if the thing does not happen or come to pass, that is the thing which the Lord has not spoken…”

But in this case, the event has happened.

Many now believe Wiseman Daniel foresaw the passing of Buhari in a divine vision but chose to present it in a coded way to avoid controversy. His message is a reminder that God still speaks, and those with spiritual ears should listen.

Whether you believe in prophecy or not, one thing is clear: the fall of Buhari, the “big tree”, has indeed shaken Nigeria and Africa.

Nigeria: Atiku Abubakar refutes Elections results, will challenge in court

Atiku Abubakar has rejected the result as a “throwback to the jackboot era of military dictatorship”.   Atiku Abubakar criticised what he called a “sham election” and has vowed to go to court.

Atiku Abubakar, presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), says the just-concluded presidential election is the worst in the history of Nigeria.

President Muhammadu Buhari, who was re-elected in Saturday’s poll, insisted that it had been free and fair.

Delays and violence marred the run-up to the election but no independent observer has cited electoral fraud.

In the 1980s, Mr Buhari, 76, was one of several military rulers in Nigeria and this election marks the 20th anniversary of the return to civilian rule.

Mr Buhari got 15.2 million votes while Mr Abubakar received 11.3 million.

Buhari offers ‘inclusive govt’

However President-elect Muhammadu Buhari has called on his supporters not to gloat or humiliate the opposition, offering an ‘inclusive government’ to his defeated opponents.

“We will continue to engage all parties. Our government will remain inclusive and our doors will remain open,” he said while receiving his election certificate.

Breaking Now: Nigerian elections delayed one week

Nigeria’s presidential and national assembly elections have been delayed by one week and will now take place on Saturday, February 23, authorities said.

“Following a careful review of the implementation of the logistics and operational plan, and the determination to conduct free, fair and credible elections, the commission came to the conclusion that proceeding with the election as scheduled is no longer feasible,” the chairman of Nigeria’s Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Mahmood Yakubu, said at a news conference early Saturday local time.

“This was a difficult decision for the commission to take, but necessary for the successful delivery of elections and the consolidation of our democracy,” he said.
Polls were due to open at 2 a.m. ET Saturday, February 16.

Elections for governorships, state House of Assembly and area councils are on hold until March 9, the INEC said.

The lead-up to the elections has been marked by violence, prompting warnings from the British and US governments to say they would deny visas and likely prosecute those found inciting violence during the vote.

Two Nigerian electoral commission offices housing voting materials were burned down within the space of a week.

In the presidential election, Muhammadu Buhari, 76, of the All Progressives Congress party, known as the APC, is standing for re-election. He will be running against 71 other presidential candidates.
His main challenger is Atiku Abubakar, 72, of the People’s Democratic Party, or PDP. He is a business tycoon and former vice president.

The vote comes at a critical time for the country’s economy, a lynchpin of the region. The recent oil price crash sent Nigeria’s economy into turmoil when the price of a barrel plunged to $40 at its lowest from a high of $100, leaving the country’s major revenue source depleted.

How TB Joshua Predicted Nigerian Election Postponement Last Week

Many followers of T.B. Joshua of Synagogue Church of All Nations, SCOAN, have been waiting for his prophecy regarding Nigeria’s upcoming presidential election in February 2019. Earlier today many outlets in Nigeria and social Media were saying he had tipped his hand for Atiku.

However Prophet T.B. Joshua of Synagogue Church of All Nations, SCOAN, has denied releasing any prophecy regarding Nigeria’s upcoming presidential election in February 2019.

Incumbent President Muhammadu Buhari of the All Progressives Congress (APC) will slug it out with Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and other presidential candidates next month.

According to Prophet Joshua, he was quoted during his annual New Year service as saying: “The election will be closely contested between the two leading political parties but I see Atiku Abubakar winning”.  ”.

However, in a statement released on his official Facebook page, Joshua categorically denied the report.

“Prophet T.B. Joshua has not yet released any prophecy for the year, 2019,”the statement began.

“Any prophecy credited to him should be ignored. Emmanuel TV is our means of spreading our message; stay tuned to Emmanuel TV,” it concluded.

The cleric, however, bemoaned the ‘religious spirit’ which has infiltrated Christianity, stressing that “Jesus’ focus is the motive behind what we do” and “Christianity lies in the heart”.

“When you see someone who is doing good, don’t be in a haste to see him as good because you don’t know his motive,” he continued, citing the example of politicians who fail to fulfil election campaigns after being elected to office.

“Jesus looks at our motive behind our action but men look at the action…Jesus tests our heart to reward us.

“Nigeria, we should pray against a stop-over and pray for a smooth democracy,” Joshua stated on December 9th 2018.

Earlier on July 1, 2018, he had warned Nigerians to “pray against the interruption of the democratic practice”.

Fast Forward

Ex-chairman of Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Nuhu Ribadu, has cited reasons why Nigerians should give President Muhammadu Buhari another term of four years in office.

He said Buhari is refocusing the country and impacting on the lives of common Nigerians, adding that the opposition against the president will be “roundly defeated.”

Ribadu was speaking in Yola, yesterday, at a ceremony to unveil Black Cap Revolution Movement for Buhari and his running mate, Vice President Yemi Osinbajo The event witnessed the handover of his gubernatorial campaign structure, campaign offices and vehicles for the re-election bid of Buhari. Ribadu aspired for the governorship ticket of All Progressives Congress, APC, in Adamawa State but lost to incumbent, Mohammed Jibrilla.

He said the upcoming presidential election is a referendum between a past “that should forever be forgotten and a new chapter of probity and accountability.” The one-time presidential candidate said he and his supporters would work assiduously to ensure sound victory of President Buhari in Adamawa State. He appealed to APC supporters in the state to work towards doubling votes secured by President Buhari in the last election, during the February election. “There is consensus among Nigerians of goodwill.

Nobody wants return of those faces that are synonymous with our failure as a country. We have moved on, we should not allow them to drag us back. “For the past three years EFCC and others have been struggling to recover wealth stolen from this country within just a few years. ‘’We are happy now that such wanton stealing is not happening. We should not allow those who have no problem with stealing our wealth to get back on the wheels,” he said. He said the people of Adamawa State have no reason not to support President Buhari due to a number of achievements of the administration. He said: “This state is a farming state. Our farmers have been supported through Anchor Borrowers. We now have fertiliser all over.”

2016 Hajj: Buhari and the Challenge of Separating Mosque and State

Ramadan in Nigeria
Ramadan prayer by Muslims in Nigeria.

Nigerian President, Muhammadu Buhari, is at it again. Last year, when he pledged to stop state sponsorship of pilgrimages, some people were skeptical about Buhari’s intentions. They doubted if he would, given his religious track record, make good his promise. On the other hand, many people applauded the move and thought that Buhari had truly become a ‘converted democrat’. But they were mistaken. The Nigerian president has proved the skeptics right and just as he did in the case of some election campaign promises; he has backtracked on the pledge to lead a government that does not fund religious pilgrimages.
