Addis Ababa, 31 January 2015 – The 26th Ordinary Session of the Executive Council elected, on 28th of January 2015, at the African Union (AU) Headquarters, members of some Organs of the AU. These Organs are: the African Union Advisory Board on Corruption and the African Union Commission on International Law (AUCIL). The Executive Council also elected the President and Vice-President of the Pan African University Council (PAU) as well as the Host Country for its Rectorate.
The following were elected as members of the AU Advisory Board on Corruption:

Additionally, 7 members were elected for the AUCIL: 6 of the members were elected for a 5-year term, while 1 member was elected for the remainder of the term of office of a member who resigned. The 6 members are:

Regarding the 7th member, the Executive Council elected Mrs. Hajer GUELDICH (Tunisia) for the remainder term of Mr. Rafâa BEN ACHOUR (Tunisia), who recently resigned from the AUCIL.
The Executive Council further elected Mr. Tolly S. MBWETTE as President of the Pan African University and Mr. Paulo Horácio de Sequeira e CARVALHO as Vice- President for a 3-year term, respectively.
Finally, the Executive Council elected the Republic of Cameroon as the Host Country for the PAU Rectorate.
