Childish opposition DPP woes: Namalomba gets injunction again PAC post removal

BLANTYRE-(MaraviPost)-The High Court in Blantyre on Thursday, August 18, 2022 granted Member of Parliament for Mangochi South West, Shadreck Namalomba, an injunction restraining Speaker of Parliament, Catherine Gotani Hara, Democratic Progressive Party Chief Whip Julius Mhone and Public Accounts Committee (PAC) Chairperson Mark Botoman from removing him as PAC Chairperson and Member of the committee.

The order also restrains the three from recognising Botoman as chairperson of the Committee.

This comes as Leader of Opposition in Parliament and DPP Southern region Kondwani Nankhumwa made changes in party’s position.

Namalomba however congratulated his successor after his removal but now he has sort court intervention.
