Movesa shop and Eicher shops along Chirambula Road have been broken into. People have destroyed number plates and run away with cash. Military police had to intervene and some people have since been arrested.
Protesters in Lilongwe have torched police armoured vehicle, grabbed some teargas launchers & also torched a house belonging to a police officer.
