Kenyan passenger dies on Flight to Nairobi from Doha

NAIROBI-(MaraviPost)-A passenger on a Qatar Airlines has been discovered dead on Thursday, March 12, 2020 at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) in Nairobi.

A report by Nation indicated that the deceased suffered a heart attack while board and he was pronounced dead soon after the plane touched the ground at 8:10 a.m. in the morning after a six-hour flight of 3,351 kilometres from the Qatari capital to Nairobi.

The body of the 37-year-old man was taken to a mortuary in the capital.

The family of the deceased have been informed about tragedy and were directed to collect the deceased’s luggage.

Travellers who were next to him on the plane were questioned by the police regarding the sudden demise of a fellow traveller.

Meanwhile, Police have launched an investigation into the cause of the passenger’s death.
