MZUZU-(Maravi Post)– Top City Entertainment (TPE) will hold its second ceremony of choosing Mr. and Miss Valentine on February 15 at Grand Palace Hotel in Mzuzu.
Top City Entertainment Managing Director, Augustine Chilunga told The Maravi Post that the grouping decided to organize another event of Mr. and Miss Valentine.
“We decided to organize another event because we saw it that it has been a while since we had such an event. We thought it wise that on the other hand we are not satisfying our customers this is why we came up with this event,” Chilunga explained.
He said: “On February 14 its going to be a working day hence forth we will hold the colorful event on a weekend of February 15 because a lot of people are free during the weekends.
Chilunga disclosed that the event will be spiced up with several activities categorized in two such as pool party and dinner and dance targeting the youths and adults.
“The event will be spiced up with different activities by artists like Charisma, Skeffa Chimoto, Slim D, Ill Best, Anno’s Africa Drama Group, Dj Ken and it will also involve a pool party that will start from 10 am to 6pm with a fee of MK 2,500, Dinner and dance with a fee of MK 12, 000 (single), and a couple 20, 000,” Chilunga said.
Top City Entertainment is also calling for people who are willing to register in order to contest as Mr. and Miss Valentine with a registration fee of MK2, 000.
During the choosing of Mr. and Miss Valentine the winners will be awarded with different grand prizes such money, Grand Palace Hotel free meals, one night accommodation, and prices from different companies such as TECNO, Gram and Glory.
Commenting on the development by an Artist, Charisma said it feels great to perform in Mzuzu.
“It feels great to perform in Mzuzu since I have a lot of fans there. It’s a nice place, the fans are always happy when they see me perform, [in fact] the hype they give me when I get on stage is [awe-inspiring],” Charisma said.
Charisma further said it’s going to be a great event and people should expect nothing but the best.
