Cashgate Chief Suspect, Oswald Lutepo the man who has been naming names in the Cashgate Saga is apparently too sick to appear in court.
This is a very big development in the case as he was the only one willing to stick his neck out and implicate former President Joyce Banda as the Master Mind of the whole escapade known as ‘Cashgate’.
Doctors confirm that he is too sick to stand in court for trial on the charges he is answering in the Cashgate scandal as his health status has been deteriorating.
The issue at the moment is whether Mr. Oswald Lutepo will fully recover to face justice and reveal the whole truth about Cashgate..
It is said Lutepo is paralyzed and cannot sit for more than 10 minutes and for that reason he cannot appear in Court”
