BLANTYRE-(MaraviPost)-The Bochasanwasi Shri Akshar Purushottam Swaminarayan Sanstha (BAPS) Hindu community in Malawi on Saturday celebrated the opening of their magnificent new Mzuzu Mandir (temple) with a vibrant ceremony.
The joyous occasion, which included a festive procession, attracted devotees from neighboring countries including Zambia and Tanzania.
The community expressed deep appreciation to the Malawian government for its support in ensuring religious freedom.
The state-of-the-art temple, situated in the Kaning’ina area of Mzuzu City, was officially inaugurated with Mzuzu City Mayor Brian Kondwani Nyasulu as Guest of Honor.
