The Maravi Post has seen multitudes of people flocking to Biwi triangle along the M1 road in Lilongwe. The people, a majority of them clad in DPP and UDF attire, have been waiting for running mate for the DPP-UDF Alliance Atupele Muluzi who was expected to make a stopover soon on his way from Mangochi.

DPP/UDF alliance running mate Atupele Muluzi addressing the crowds said over the past 10 months president Peter Mutharika has shown that he is a patient leader at Biwi Triangle in Lilongwe,
Atupele Muluzi who since being selected has shown that he is ready for the challenge, called on people to vote for their alliance because they are the only Democratic parties in Malawi. “We don’t give leadership to learners, APM is the only experienced leader Malawi wants,” he said.
