Century City Conference Centre Adds a Taste of South Africa to the Table

1 Min Read

If you’re looking to elevate your next event with something a little more creative and a lot more local, Century City Conference Centre may have just what you need.

The award-winning venue is bringing South African soul to the table – , already known for its world-class service and flexible event spaces, CCCC is now offering a South African twist on traditional conferencing and hospitality. You can now customise your event with a menu that pays homage to  South Africa’its rich flavours

Here’s What You Can Expect On The Menu

Century City Conference Centre recently debuted these experiences at a Heritage Month celebration, where guests sampled a locally inspired menu and tapped into their creative side during a Cape Town-themed art session.

Your events can be paired with a menu, designed by Executive Chef Abbas Abrahams. The menu is a love letter to South African cuisine, featuring Mini Masala Steak Gatsby rolls, Bobotie and raisin spring rolls, milk tart cups, and Malva Pudding.

Local Touches That Make An Impression

Even coffee breaks are reimagined. Thanks to a strong partnership with Bootlegger Coffee Company, guests at Century City Conference Centre are treated to freshly brewed, locally roasted coffee.

“We’re about people, passion, and place,” says Ricky Ruthenberg, CEO of Bootlegger Coffee Company.
“Together with Century City Conference Centre, we’re creating experiences that celebrate Cape Town’s creativity, culture, and tourism appeal.”
