Ganja Cakes Intercepted at Kamuzu International Airport by Malawi Police

Kamuzu International Airport Police recently intercepted dangerous drugs (Cannabis sativa).

The said drug was professionally concealed in counterfoil papers, covered with some spices with some funny cake colours.

 

The intercepted Indian hemp popularly known as Chamba weighs 5.5 kilograms and was posted from Zomba using the Zomba Post Office to The United Kingdom in form of Ganja Cakes.

 

Meanwhile police inquiries are in Progress to trace the perpetrator as all details are in the hands of KIA Police.

 

About nine cases of dangerous drugs have been registered this year alone.

 

KIA Police Public Relations Officer, Sapulain Chitonde, warned the general public that such tricks will not go undetected as the police are always vigilant.
