The global youth transformative pioneer, The Africa Youth in Technology Organisation (Tayito) on Friday, March 11, honored the South Africa-Malawian based Prophet Shepherd Bushiri of the Enlightened Christian Gathering (ECG) with a certificate for demonstrating global leadership and business management skills that motivates young leaders worldwide.
Prophet Bushiri is among the twelve awardees in youth inspiration programs alongside Prophet T.B Joshua of SCOAN, Prophet Philip Banda, former Malawi President Joyce Banda, Liberia President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, President Paul Kagame, USA President Barrack Obama, the late and former President of South Africa Nelson Mandela, Penny Pritzer, Mike Bloomberg and Allan Woolf.
Each awardee will be honoured in their own countries but with the main event slated for August 16, 2016 in the rainbow nation-South African.
This is the reason Prophet Bushiri was decorated with the certificate for global changer award in his home land at the event Tayito organized in the capital Lilongwe at Umodzi Pack Hotel.
Speaking during the presentation of the award, Gertrude Nyirenda, Tatiyo’s founder and director emphasized the need to recognize those individuals have contributed significantly in changing youth’s lives across the world with managerial and leadership skills in different life spheres.
Nyirenda who is Malawian woman based in South Africa hinted that the honor to the awardees demonstrates the appreciation her organization has on 12 global leaders who have impacted on her success to make a dream of Tayito become a reality.
“After 15 years of obeying and waiting upon God and understanding God’s purpose upon this vision, Tayito, and staying in the shadow of his wings, after being powered the anointing of King Solomon to increase in Wisdom, knowledge and understanding, thereby announce to the global community the 12 global leaders who are changers of the world among the youth.
“Prophet Shepherd Bushiri of the ECG is among those global leaders whom God used to break the yoke of slavery and for transferring prosperity anointing during the diplomatic service in Malawi lately.
He also demonstrated global leadership and business management skills that motivate young global leaders and even extended a hand of commitment to humanity at desperate times to different countries globally”, discloses Nyirenda.
Nyirenda added that it was worthwhile to honor the man of God in his home land in a bid to motivate Malawi youths while sharing the joy saying each awardee’s certificate will be presented in their countries.
The Maravi Post caught up with Prophet Bushiri on the significant of the award who disclosed that the honor came as a surprise as he didn’t see it in spirit saying it was God’s manifestation of work towards his children.
Bushiri said the award was a true testimony on how God was working in people’s lives from the bondage of poverty to prosperity urging Christians across the world to have faith in God while working hard in various spheres of life.
“This is the second award just within two months in 2016 after Ghana President did the same in February. I am not a man of awards but rather just accept believers on what God has done to their lives. This is a breakthrough in Christians lives as I am currently in global campaign of teaching youth in entrepreneurship and business skills for them to move out of poverty. Christians need to work hard for better life. Faith without action is dead and this is the reason my pastors are currently trained in business ventures for economic independence.
“Few years from now, Christians will take over important positions in our society that the devil will not have any space as institutions’ directors, accountant, and general managers will be Christians. Plans are underway to develop a strategic plan for Malawian youth in entrepreneurships”, assured Prophet Bushiri who flew back to South Africa soon after receiving the global changer award.
The Africa Youth in Technology Organisation (Tayito), is global youth non-profit organization headquartered in South Africa but operating in over 15 countries including Kenya, South Africa, Zambia, Japan, United Kingdom, United State of America, Malawi, Uganda, Israel among others whose vision is global dream-from nothing to something, from zero to hero, from poverty to prosperity and turning potential to reality, from millennium goals to sustainable development goals.
Tayito is currently promoting enterprises, trade and investment development for youth and women as promised across Africa and other oversees countries.
Prophet Shepherd Bushiri was in the country since Wednesday, March 9 resuming maize distribution in the rural Lilongwe, Maula Prison and Mchinji where over 2,000 starved Malawians received 25 kilogram bag of maize.
Prophet Bushiri maize distribution resumption comes following the Malawi government clearance on the exercise after a month the Man of God wrote a complaining letter which alleged that the authority of failing to support his initiative speculating that maize distribution was political.
This is the third time Bushiri is in the country as last month did the same exercise distributing relieve items to those affected with floods and famine in selected districts including Zomba, Lilongwe-Nathenje but failed to finish the exercise in Karonga due to government political bickering over the exercise.
About 3 million Malawians are dire need of food due to poor harvest the country experienced last growing season-2014/2016 caused by unfavorable weather pattern which saw some parts hit hard with floods, dry spells and torrential rains.
