Malawi revokes Nigerian businessperson Dozy Mmobuosi’ diplomatic passport

LILONGWE-(MaraviPost)-The Ministry of Homeland Security has revoked Malawian diplomatic passport which was issued to a Nigerian businessperson Dozy Mmobuosi.

Minister of Homeland Security Ezekiel Ching’oma said Mmobuosi confirmed the development saying all borders have been informed on the government’s decision to revoke and withdraw his Malawian Passport.

Mmobuosi, now a convict of fraud in the U.S, promised to construct 1 000 houses for some families that were displaced by Cyclone Freddy in Phalombe under Tigwirane Manja Housing Project.

The Nigerian businessman has been in Malawi for charity work.
