According to reports reaching the Maravi Post, on March 11th, 2020 the Malawi Supreme Court of Appeal Panel will hear arguments whether to throw out the Judgement by ConCourt that has thrown Malawi into a constitutional standoff between Parliament and the Judiciary.
The Panel of Judges are Chief Justice Andrew Nyirenda, Justice Edward Twea, Justice Anaclet Chipeta, Justice Anthony Kamanga, Justice Dustain Mwaungulu, Justice Frank Kapanda and Justice Mzikamanda

It would be naive to believe the Panel like the cowardly ConCourt judges will not be affected by the political environment in the country. A judgement that appears more and more partisan with each passing of a day.
In responding to the Judgement Malawi President Peter Mutharika observed that the judgment had errors that need to be corrected – for the sake of national good.
“We consider the judgement as a serious subversion of justice, an attack on our democratic systems and an attempt to undermine the will of the people.
Malawi President Peter Mutharika
“As it stands, the judgment, if not cured, represents a flawed precedence for all the elections in all future elections in the country. In fact, this judgment inaugurates the death of Malawi’s democracy.”
President Peter Mutharika
Many of his DPP supporters agreed with this observation and they hope starting March 11th the ConCourt Judges will be exposed
The decline of this rag persists…. carry on writing garbage until you bury yourself.
This cadet has got retarded mind he is crying but not knowing.
I wonder why some one appeals?
What a biased piece of nonsense. Learn to write please. Even your Tweeter handle takes sides (like this nonsense piece) instead of posting non partisan Tweets. Shame.
