Tech Mahindra absolves Airtel from blame for any customer support related issues

In a statement made available to Maravi Post,  Tech Mahindra Head of Operations in Malawi, Mr. Hemant Sharma, has distanced Airtel from the current issues with its employees. Mr. Sharma said, we would like to confirm that the issues linked to Airtel are in fact experienced by our organization and have nothing to do with Airtel. 

 

The statement continued to state, we at Tech Mahindra have a process of ongoing constructive dialogue with our employees to create a working environment which is in the best long term interests of our people, customers and Tech Mahindra. And we have put steps in place to ensure that no customers are affected by this internal issue.

 

Tech Mahindra manages the call centre which serves customers on the Airtel network in Malawi.
