Malawi Flames lose 1 – 2 to cash strapped Zimbabwe Warriors

1 Min Read

The Malawi Flames could not muster enough to defeat the cash strapped Zimbabwean team that travelled to Malawi very late in protest of unpaid allowances. This was a team lacking motivation, however the Flames were unable to take advantage.

A late GOAAAL  By Billiat put Zimbabwe in the lead. It was a very wonderful strike.

Banda equalized for Malawi within a minute after the Warriors Malajila pounced on a loose ball at the back and put Zimbabwe in the lead early in the game.
