African Schools Championship: Malawi’ Salima Sec School wins bronze meddle

DURBAN-(MaraviPost)-Malawi’ Salima Secondary School on Saturday, April 8, 2022 won bronze at the inaugural African Schools Championship after beating Sainte Rita 3-1 in Durban, South Africa.

Blessings Sakala, Ishmael Bwanali and Latumbikika Kayira scored for Salima.

For finishing third, Salima will pocket US$150,000 (about K150 milllion).

Earlier in the day, Salima lost 2-0 to Ben Sekou in the semifinals
