From his cabinet debacle and now calling for fasting and prayer on COVID-19 and un-willingness to admit that everyone cured so far are from policies implemented by Peter Mutharika, Lazarus has shown unreadiness for this office.
We all know calling for prayers is not a plan, nor is fasting a strategy. Lazarus Chakwera was bestowed by the Malawi judiciary to do a job, not act as our priest.
He was supposed to do a better job than the evil Peter Mutharika, however, to date he is proving himself clueless and everyday his supporters are embarrassed on his behalf.
We are faced with a public health crisis in the form of a virus, not some unknown evil spirit. What will make a difference in the lives of Malawians and reassure the people is robust ACTION by their president, led by science and experts in the field
Even the opposition is having a field day as they remind him, Hypocrisy is wanting to be seen as good without meeting the demands of goodness.

Do you know the mechanism by which a human being is healed from a disease? Is it not the government of Peter Mutharika which asked the medical doctors to come up with vaccine for covid-19? Where on earth have you ever heard that medical doctors have the capacity to come up with vaccines? They test and evaluate it buy they can never come up with the compounds/chemicals they test! Thats an example of a clueless and stupid leader. As a nation, you cannot come up with vaccines if you don’t empower those who deals with compounds/chemicals,,that chemist and biochemists.
