July 29, 2017.Blantyre – Following the enactment by Parliament of the Insolvency Act of 2016, the Malawi Government, through the Director of Insolvency, Mr. Chapusa Domino Phiri, released a 12-member Insolvency Practitioners Register.
The release, made available to the Maravi Post, Director Phiri listed the members as:
1. Hastings Bofomo Nyirenda;
2. Alinafe Chiwanda;
3. Handsome M’bwana;
4. Madalitso M’meta;
5. Adamson Karim;
6. Shadrack Johny Namalomba;
7. Lowani Mukhondia;
8. Isaac George Kayira;
9. James George Naphambo;
10. Patrick Mpaka;
11. Yamikani Mulemba;
12. Stephenson Dison Laison Kamphasa.
The Insolvency Director said the registration is valid for one year
