Malawi’s Mzimba road accident claims three lives

MZIMBA-(MaraviPost)-Three people are reported dead while several others have sustained serious injuries after two vehicles, a Mazda saloon registration number LL 8344 collided with a Ford Everest Station wagon at Raiply on the M1 road in Mzimba district today.

Mzimba district police spokesperson Peter Botha confirmed of the accident in an interview.

Botha said details of the three dead people are still sketchy.

One of the deceased is Malawi Congress Party (MCP) member, identified as Lissa Ashley Mcnilly.
